Here’s the impact you’ll make and what we’ll accomplish together


TELUS Digital is looking for a Senior Program Manager who will use your initiative, and expert program management skills to support successful delivery of customer driven experiences across a wide portfolio of products.


You can balance day-to-day workload with the demands of a fast-paced agile team. You will manage the growth and development of a diverse team with varying digital skill-sets and create an environment that fosters collaboration and where results are delivered naturally.

Candidates for the role will be passionately curious to understand the ‘why’ behind the data and passionate about the opportunity to make more informed, objective decisions for our team.


Here’s how:


  • Support the development of holistic product roadmaps to drive improved customer experience, website sales conversion, and minimize operational overhead
  • Be a single point of contact with our business prime and help to govern programs in flight
  • Partner with internal and external teams on strategic cross-cutting initiatives; ensuring interlock and appropriate tracking is in place during program lifecycle
  • Report on overall program roadmap progression to internal and external leadership teams
  • Flag risks and issues early, to create visibility and transparency between our teams
  • Help forecast our budget requirements and reporting to help calculate the team’s return on investment. Drive all aspects of our program practice and help evolve our governance processes





You're the missing piece of the puzzle:


  • Known for your passion for all things digital, you embrace all things digital and thrive in a fast-paced agile environment 
  • Expert in supporting Agile delivery teams with a diverse skill-set
  • Familiarity with Scrum@Scale, SAFe or LeSS Agile frameworks
  • Experience working in a digital team and/or web development function; eCommerce retail experience an asset
  • Valued for your ability to foster collaborative working relationships, through leadership, embracing diversity and new ideas 
  • Skillful in problem-solving and resolving issues in creative ways, you can see things from the perspective of customers 
  • Noted for your adaptability, innovation and out of the box thinking, you are curious and never stop learning 
  • 3-5 years experience working in a digital team
  • Undergraduate degree in Business, Technology, Marketing, Engineering or other technical disciplines




  • Experience in a software development environment
  • Understanding of all the phases of the SDLC
