What You'll Do

 

As a Senior Program Manager, you will be part of this high-profile portfolio, responsible for:

 

  • Driving Customer Migration Programs: Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-year, phased customer migration initiatives, developing and executing strategies to ensure smooth transitions for customers, minimize disruption, and enhance overall customer experience
  • Managing Change Initiatives: Lead and manage change management initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and seamless integration for customers and internal teams, fostering continuous improvement and innovation. This supports the meaningful shift in how the business operates
  • Fostering Strategic Partnerships: Serve as a key interlock across BUs and various internal and external stakeholders to drive program delivery, and ensure strategic alignment and integration success
  • Measuring Impact: Define success metrics and track performance against business outcomes for all migration and convergence programs. Utilize data analytics to derive critical insights, build models, and present findings to senior leaders to drive strategic decisions
  • Enabling Governance & Compliance: Drive governance, risk management and mitigation strategies to ensure all stakeholders are informed and adherence to data governance, privacy, and compliance standards is maintained

 

 

Qualifications

 

What you bring

 

  • 7-10+ years of experience in program, product, or strategic delivery roles, with a proven track record of leading large, complex initiatives
  • Demonstrated experience in change management leadership and business readiness practice, particularly with customer facing changes as well as internal organizational transformations
  • Proven experience leading enterprise-level customer migration programs and/or product integration/convergence initiatives, particularly those involving strategic simplification or transformation
  • Strong understanding of data's role in driving business performance and organizational transformation, particularly in how it applies to customer data and product portfolios
  • Executive presence and the ability to communicate clearly and concisely, including building compelling business cases and presentations
  • Proven ability to handle complex interdependencies and competing priorities while keeping teams focused and on track
  • Advanced skills in resource planning, risk management, and program governance
  • Strong problem-solving skills to clear roadblocks and resolve issues, especially in pressured situations
  • Expertise in Agile methodologies and modern software/data development lifecycles
  • Deep insight into taking a problem, conducting analysis, building recommendations, and executing on those recommendations
  • Ability to quickly develop relationships across the organization while contributing to a collaborative and trusting work environment
  • Demonstrated ability to work and coordinate across geographically dispersed teams in a hybrid environment

 

Great-to-haves

 

  • PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or Agile certifications
  • Change management certification (Prosci, CCMP, etc.)
  • Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Asana, Monday.com, MS Project)
  • Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Lean Six Sigma process improvement certification
  • Familiarity with the agriculture, supply chain, or consumer goods domains
  • Familiarity with data privacy, security, and compliance standards

Salary Range:  $97,000-$145,000
Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan:  15%

Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance and experience. In addition, TELUS offers rewarding benefits, which may vary per job function, such as:
