As a Senior Program Manager, you will lead the development and execution of our comprehensive year-round care program, integrating both in-person and virtual services through our network of Care Centre clinics. Your role will involve designing and refining these services, working closely with cross-functional teams and clinicians to gather requirements, conduct research, and align strategies with business objectives. You will ensure the program meets diverse client needs and integrates smoothly with existing operations, while driving effective change management practices to support seamless transitions and adoption.
In addition to navigating the complex regulatory landscape, you will partner closely with clinicians to ensure that the program is clinically relevant and practical. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the implementation process, managing stakeholder relationships, and addressing challenges proactively to maintain program integrity. By continuously seeking opportunities for innovation and improvement, you will enhance the client experience and ensure that the year-round care program remains effective and responsive to evolving needs. We are looking for a strategic thinker with strong change management skills, who can balance high-level planning with hands-on execution to deliver a cohesive and impactful care program.
Here's how
- Develop, secure support, implement and articulate a differentiated product strategy and tactics related to pricing, bundling, positioning, product lifecycle, placement, promotion, partnerships, channel recommendations and service guidelines
- Collaborate with various stakeholders, understand business needs and know how to navigate through diverse domains of systems, infrastructure, privacy and security
- Establish, secure and nurture strategic partnerships with key stakeholders and emerging players in the healthcare and wellness industry, including start-ups, research institutions, and technology providers
- Manage the market and financial performance of existing and/or new products (including Revenue, Customer deal criteria/standards, Operating Profit, Free Cash Flow, Net Present Value, Internal Rate of Return, Discounted Payback, and Return on Investment and accountability for P&L)
- Use primary and secondary market research and competitive landscape research to recommend solutions to better support and/or reposition existing or new product offerings
- Analyze and anticipate market, client, regulatory and technology trends; create business plans and present recommendations to senior leaders
- In collaboration with the sales and business development teams, identify new markets and appropriate partners to advance and win new business opportunities
- Lead and collaborate on cross-functional teams across all business units to manage margin, enable product/service delivery, improve methods to better support product, and support the delivery of integrated customer solutions
- Develop, own and maintain a product roadmap and business requirements through the understanding of market, customer, regulatory and technology trends
Qualifications
You're the missing piece of the puzzle
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in healthcare related service or product development
- Previous experience working with clinicians on program development.
- Highly creative with a knack for developing clear and concise communications whether that be through Microsoft (MS) PowerPoint, Word, GSuite Tools or during live presentations
- Innately curious with a strong drive to dive into the unknown; secretly, you probably like to think of yourself as something of a detective
- Naturally hypothesis driven and highly proficient in using data to test ideas and develop insights that lead to winning decisions
- Strong leadership skills, including but not limited to building relationships and change management, working through influence, facilitation, and developing and actioning strategy
- Deep knowledge of financial concepts including revenue, costs and profitability
- Understanding of Agile product management principles
- University Degree in Science, Health, Computer Science or Business Administration - Masters degree is an asset
- Bilingual English/French considered an asset
