TELUS Health is looking for a Senior Program Manager to lead the implementation of accreditation initiatives throughout the organization, to ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.

 

What you’ll do

 

  • You will lead the development, implementation and management of the accreditation plan across the organization
  • You will ensure that TH services are in alignment with accreditation requirements
  • You will support teams with preparations for accreditation process and lead actions to respond to recommendations arising from the accreditation assessments
  • You will work collaboratively with clinical and operational stakeholders to collect evidence, support administrative tasks and meet required deadlines related to accreditation
  • You will provide accreditation education and support to team members as required
  • You will lead the implementation of quality audits and ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations
  • You will prepare and present accreditation reports as appropriate
  • You will foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement throughout the organization

 

 

 

What you bring

 

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience managing healthcare accreditation processes and compliance with regulations and standards
  • Bachelor’s degree in health-related discipline. Master's degree preferred
  • Strong leadership and project management skills, including expertise developing operational plans
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and facilitation skills
  • Commitment to patient safety, quality improvement, and continuous learning
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders and external partners
  • Fluency (written and spoken) in English is required
  • Highly comfortable with change and ambiguity and excels in highly collaborative team environments

Salary Range:  $94,000-$140,000
Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan:  15%

Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance, experience and location. Additionally, TELUS offers rewarding benefits, which may vary per job function, such as:
