TELUS Health is looking for a Senior Program Manager to lead the implementation of accreditation initiatives throughout the organization, to ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.
What you’ll do
- You will lead the development, implementation and management of the accreditation plan across the organization
- You will ensure that TH services are in alignment with accreditation requirements
- You will support teams with preparations for accreditation process and lead actions to respond to recommendations arising from the accreditation assessments
- You will work collaboratively with clinical and operational stakeholders to collect evidence, support administrative tasks and meet required deadlines related to accreditation
- You will provide accreditation education and support to team members as required
- You will lead the implementation of quality audits and ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations
- You will prepare and present accreditation reports as appropriate
- You will foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement throughout the organization
What you bring
- Minimum of 5 years of experience managing healthcare accreditation processes and compliance with regulations and standards
- Bachelor’s degree in health-related discipline. Master's degree preferred
- Strong leadership and project management skills, including expertise developing operational plans
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and facilitation skills
- Commitment to patient safety, quality improvement, and continuous learning
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders and external partners
- Fluency (written and spoken) in English is required
- Highly comfortable with change and ambiguity and excels in highly collaborative team environments
