Here's how 


Supported by the Manager, Program Office, your primary responsibility will be to drive the integration of numerous systems, people and processes into a unified platform for Monitoring, Commercial and Custom service delivery.
 

Qualifications

 

You're the missing piece of the puzzle

  • Experience managing and delivering large, complex programs involving systems development and implementation, and/or change management in a service delivery environment 
  • Proven success record in delivering bottom line business, people, and customer benefits through your thought leadership and project management experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both business and technical situations and the ability to cater the conversation to many different audiences
  • Demonstrated problem-solving, strategic, and analytical capabilities with a convincing track record of setting and delivering against key metrics
  • Understand the importance of change management principles and leverage strategic communication plans/mediums to achieve buy-in 
  • Confident in engaging a broad set of stakeholders and collaborating with all levels of the leadership team
  • A strong story teller with the knowledge and skill to effectively use presentations and compelling narratives to influence others, including senior leaders, to take action

Great-to-haves

  • Business or Technical university degree
  • Project Management Designation or experience with project management methodologies, practices, and tools
  • Knowledge and experience in contact centre operations and technology
  • A university degree in Business, Economics or related experience
