We are seeking an individual with an entrepreneurial mindset, a track record of service and product development and experience in post-acquisition integration in order to scale and maximize the capabilities of the acquisitions we make.

Here’s the impact you’ll make and what we will accomplish together

As a Senior Program Manager, you will be part of a high profile portfolio and report to the Director, Sustainability & Environment.

Through your collaborative and programmatic approach you will: solve problems, overcome ambiguity of new and challenging concepts, introduce new and innovative ideas, and hone a vision for an ecosystem of integrated technology solutions whilst ensuring strong interlock between teams.

You will bring expertise to help deliver capabilities across products, systems and processes to scale and grow new verticals for our B2B and other market segments.

If you thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment and are looking to contribute to a highly engaged team culture where there are ongoing opportunities to learn, then we’d love to hear from you!

Here's how

•    Understand the economic implications of post-merger and acquisition opportunities to TELUS, leveraging your ability to analyze financial impacts to determine suggested actions
•    Govern complex programs through project streams coordination, business resource allocation and project management leadership ensuring interlock across multiple teams and business units
•    Provide thought leadership in solving problems and helping to remove program roadblocks and develop effective processes and governance
•    Provide the financial governance framework on defining profit and lost levers with products, value chain and subject matter experts in the execution of this program
•    Provide a clear path to benefits realization based on the hypotheses defined in the program’s business case
•    Facilitate and support strategic discussions and recommendations at the director and VP level
•    Develop effective updates and presentations, reporting and tracking of all program activities, from working-level to executive audiences
•    Demonstrate ability to lead and influence working teams to drive successful outcomes

You are the missing piece of the puzzle

•    You are known for having strong business and financial acumen and a proven ability to synthesize business results into actionable insights
•    You excel in service and product development for our B2B market segments
•    You are known for taking a collaborative, integrated work style with a reputation that makes cross-functional teams want to work with you
•    You have excellent organizational and project management skills and the ability to handle multiple initiatives and prioritize effectively
•    You thrive in ambiguous situations, demonstrating structured thinking/processes to simplify complex problems, and recommend a clear path forward
•    You are able to influence inside and outside your immediate team
•    You have expertise in integrating business post-merger and acquisition
•    You are inquisitive, curious and not afraid to try different approaches to solve a problem and leverage best practices from other business units

Great to haves

•    Bachelor's degree; MBA or equivalent in education and experience
•    Minimum of 5+ years of strategy, planning, and execution experience with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
