In your role, you’ll help us deliver success by partnering with a cross-functional coalition of team members from TELUS Business Solutions (TBS), TELUS Home Solutions and Technology Strategy as well as industry leading partners to bring our vision to reality.

Here's how

 

  • Lead the activation of new strategic partnerships to deliver exceptional customer experience
  • Ensure the smooth and successful roll out of new offer constructs including the necessary system changes, to ensure seamless adoption from the channels
  • Support with new channel development, driving top line growth in consumer, security and automation for our business 
  • Develop strategies and tactics to significantly enhance our Smart Building program and drive strong partnerships with developers across Canada
  • Support on contract management 
  • Establish a data management program to enable informed sales decisions

 

 

Qualifications

You are likely in a similar role today, and have many of the abilities and experience points, below:

 

  • You are a creative self-starter with very strong interpersonal, communication, presentation and time-management skills
  • You have proven go-to-market experience with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experience
  • You are experienced in project management and the delivery of time-bound complex projects
  • You regularly demonstrate ownership, initiative, showing a sense of urgency and self-direction
  • You possess an innate ability to influence people at all levels of management and cross-functional departments/teams
  • You have a talent for effective problem solving, navigating complexity, managing multiple deliverables to meet deadlines and goals in fast-paced, ever-changing, and sometimes ambiguous environment

 

Great-to-haves

 

  • Post-secondary Business Degree or Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree or PMP certification
  • Experience with real estate development, property management and/or Smart Building technology
