Within the Customer Technology Excellence (CTE) business unit, the Software as a Service (SaaS) Center of Excellence (SCoE) team leads the strategic and financial planning, program framework, and governance across the organization. The SCoE team leads the strategic governance and management of SaaS technologies to deliver targeted outcomes and maximize value for our stakeholders and team members.
 
As a Senior Program Manager of the SCoE team, you’ll be responsible for driving decision making support, strategy, governance, and measuring the financial impacts of SaaS technologies. This means providing our leadership team with insightful analysis to ensure that we can make the right decisions to support our customers, team members, and shareholders.  As SaaS technologies span across the organization, you will be partnering with a diverse group of leaders where our success will require thoughtful engagement of teams and continuous evolution of our planning and spending approaches.
 
You are a dynamic, hardworking, and driven leader with a proven track-record of strategic, financial and business planning and delivering operational performance. You will play a leadership role in the planning and development of SaaS spend, the governance of SaaS technologies, and the driving of the COE framework.

In a leadership capacity, you will support a high performing team which is accountable for:

  • Collaborate with your peers in providing SaaS expenditure outlooks, while maintaining and enhancing resulting financial forecast modeling
  • Ensuring interlock on SaaS initiatives by working across CTE business units including Finance, HSCE, TBS, Health and Agriculture teams
  • Support the preparation and presentation of program updates at SaaS Governance meetings and LT calls
  • Promote effective SaaS cost management by identifying savings opportunities through collaboration with peers and leaders across multiple business units
  • Promote and enhance the use of governance and framework models to support investment decisions
  • Lead projects, deep dive business analyses/ investigations and present insights and conclusions to executive leaders in support of financial and technical decision-making
     

Qualifications

  • Team player with a collaborative mindset and with a track record of building and developing cross-functional relationships
  • Strong business insight and ability to identify new opportunities and connect the dots between related projects and programs
  • Able to present complex information in an easily understood manner, tailoring communication to diverse audiences to facilitate dialogue and debate
  • Expertise in building and analyzing business cases with demonstrated financial acumen to assess benefits, costs, and risks
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Technology, Finance, or equivalent education and/or experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of program or strategic experience in a program or project management position
