As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead projects that are enabled by strategic partnerships for Agriculture & IOT. This will require the translation of strategic objectives into program goals, governance plans and actions. Working with senior leaders from across TELUS business units , you will be responsible for ensuring an Agriculture  customer experience by enabling custom channel partners, brokering decisions with appropriate stakeholders, and identifying cross-functional dependencies and issues, escalating risks. 


Here's how:

Work with the Director, Products & Services and GTM team and stakeholders to:

  • Define, implement and manage go to market for Ag solutions by successfully onboarding new partners, ensuring value chain enablement, and overseeing new product and services introduction activities (NPSI) 
  • Developing and change managing the annual plan of record 
  • Supporting effective program prioritization and resource allocation across stakeholder teams
  • Monitoring and reporting on program performance including establishing and reporting on program KPIs, and summarizing reporting on portfolio initiatives for senior leadership
  • Supporting channels, as well as enabling product owners and directors in managing issues and mitigating risk
  • Establishing and maintaining program and project management best practices based on program and project methodologies
  • Coaching and mentoring project managers on delivery excellence practices



What you bring


  • 7-10 years in managing small and medium size projects
  • Self-starter with a curious and tenacious nature; you actively seek out change through critical questioning, innovation, service and continuous improvement
  • Ability to generate insights and recommendations.  You are able to articulate current state using meaningful metrics for your audience, convey impact, and identify  improvement opportunities
  • Regarded as an exceptional communicator, clear and concise, influencer and negotiator, able to build and maintain strong partnerships with stakeholders including executive leaders
  • Excellent analytical and presentation skills with the ability to present strategic options in a clear concise manner for maximum impact





  • A strong understanding of new product introduction methodologies 
  • Expertise in the TELUS Business Solutions organization
  • Working knowledge of TELUS products, services and strategic direction
  • Post-secondary degree in Administration, Agriculture, Economics, Business Management
  • PMP designation considered an asset
