The People & Culture Post Acquisition Integration Project Management Office team is responsible for creating an exceptional experience for new team members joining TELUS through acquisitions. The result of our team’s work will directly impact how new team members experience TELUS! 


 

What you'll do

 

Dans le rôle de gestionnaire principal(e) de projets, vous deviendrez une personne-ressource pour la mise en œuvre des programmes des Personnes et culture de TELUS au sein des entreprises acquises. 

 

  • Vous utiliserez votre expérience en intégration après l'acquisition et votre mentalité de responsabilité envers l'entreprise pour évaluer et naviguer dans diverses cultures organisationnelles afin d'élaborer des approches d'intégration qui garantissent des transitions en douceur et des résultats exceptionnels pour toutes les parties prenantes. 

  • Vous utiliserez votre vos compétences exceptionnelles en gestion de projets pour planifier, socialiser, mettre en œuvre, mesurer, adopter et perfectionner l'implantation des programmes des Personnes et culture dans les organisations acquises. 

  • Vous mettrez à profit votre expérience en conception de processus et travaillerez avec les parties prenantes de TELUS et des entreprises acquises pour comprendre les pratiques actuelles de l'entreprise acquise, les comparer aux pratiques de TELUS, puis élaborer un plan de mise en œuvre de nouveaux processus sans perturber les opérations. 

  • Vous serez un(e) expert(e) en communications et en gestion du changement, aidant les membres d'équipe des entreprises nouvellement acquises à intégrer avec succès les pratiques des Personnes et culture de TELUS.

  • Vous utiliserez vos compétences financières pour gérer efficacement les budgets de projets pertinents.

Qualifications

 

What you bring

  • Acquisition Integration Experience:  7+ years of equivalent work experience tied to  M&A functions
  • People & Culture Expertise: Strong knowledge of HR practices, organizational culture, and change management programs
  • Project Management Experience: 7+ years of hands-on experience leading high-impact programs across multiple geographies with demonstrated exceptional project management skills
  • Leadership & Accountability: Proactive, self-motivated approach with strong personal accountability and commitment to driving program success
  • Stakeholder Relationship Management: Proven ability to build productive relationships, partner proactively with stakeholders, and develop integration plans that create thriving environments for new team members
  • Communication & Documentation Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities with strong presentation creation and delivery skills for diverse audiences
  • Analytical & Design Capabilities: Advanced critical thinking, process design, and problem-solving skills with sharp attention to quality and detail
  • Adaptability & Resilience: Comfortable operating in ambiguous environments with ability to create and execute plans despite uncertainty and changing conditions
  • Bachelor’s degree with an MBA or advanced degree preferred or equivalent experience and education

Advanced knowledge of English is required, because you will most of the time interact in English with external parties (clients, suppliers, candidates, external partners, etc.), interact in English with internal parties (colleagues, internal partners, stakeholders, etc.), as part of this position's main responsibilities, given its national scope.

Salary Range:  $95,000-$143,000
Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan:  15%

Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance and experience. In addition, TELUS offers rewarding benefits, which may vary per job function, such as:
