The Revenue Operations & Pricing team at TELUS Health is a dynamic, results-driven, and highly collaborative group. We are looking for a Senior Revenue Operations Analyst who will report to the Manager, Revenue Operations and support the operational and strategic initiatives that drive our revenue growth. In this role, you will work across sales, marketing, and finance teams to optimize processes, improve performance, and ensure alignment with revenue goals.

 

 

What You’ll Do

 

As the Senior Revenue Operations Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting revenue operations by focusing on the following critical functions:

 

Sales Forecasting & Pipeline Management:

 

  • Assist in creating and managing accurate sales forecasts, working closely with sales teams to track pipeline activity, conversion rates, and deal progress
  • Analyze historical sales performance and market trends to improve forecast accuracy and provide data-driven insights to senior leadership
  • Ensure data consistency in CRM systems, helping to drive clarity and accuracy in sales forecasts and revenue tracking

 

Revenue Metrics & Reporting:

 

  • Develop, maintain, and distribute regular reports and dashboards that track revenue performance, key metrics, and sales pipeline health
  • Provide insights into sales performance, identify trends, and assist in decision-making for strategy adjustments
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure revenue data is accurately captured, reported, and used to inform strategic initiatives

 

Revenue Process Optimization:

 

  • Support the development and refinement of processes that drive revenue growth, ensuring seamless alignment across sales, marketing, and finance teams
  • Monitor and maintain the integrity of sales and revenue data, ensuring consistency across systems and departments

 

Collaboration & Alignment:

 

  • Work across teams (Sales, Marketing, Finance, etc.) to ensure alignment on revenue-related goals, strategies, and KPIs
  • Provide operational support for sales and marketing campaigns, ensuring timely execution and tracking of revenue impact
  • Assist in aligning sales compensation plans, quotas, and targets with broader revenue objectives and performance goals

 

 

Qualifications

 

What You Bring

 

  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess revenue performance and provide actionable insights to drive business decisions
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
  • Understanding of sales operations, pipeline management, and SaaS revenue forecasting
  • Knowledge of revenue-related metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment, with excellent attention to detail
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a process-driven mindset to help streamline operations and improve efficiency

 

Great-to-haves:

 

  • An undergraduate degree in business, operations, finance, or a related field
  • Strong experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related role
  • Experience in the healthcare or B2B SaaS technology industries is a plus
  • Familiarity with AI or machine learning applications in revenue operations and forecasting

Salary Range:  $96,000-$144,000
Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan:  15%

Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance, experience and location. Additionally, TELUS offers rewarding benefits, which may vary per job function, such as:
