The Senior Strategy Manager, reporting to the Director of Strategic Programs, enables and champions the design, ideation and implementation of people programs and initiatives that will make this mission a reality.  

 

 

Here’s the impact you’ll make & what we’ll accomplish together
 

 

You will play a key role in the planning, development and delivery of strategic people initiatives to support the business objectives of TELUS Health. You will be responsible for program managing a portfolio of strategic initiatives which includes talent attraction and recruitment, team member experience (onboarding, development and retention), organizational integration, and change management working in and across our end-to-end TELUS Health business. You will identify opportunities and work with the broader P&C team, our Health business units and cross-functional teams to assemble and present options and recommendations to capitalize on these opportunities. You will help define, communicate, and implement our strategic plan(s) and work closely across the organization to ensure the success of the broader organization.

  • You are proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Slides, Docs, Drive, Hangouts etc.)

 

Great-to-haves

 

  • 5-7 years of work experience in developing strategic plans, securing executive support, and driving the execution of the recommended course of action.
  • Post-secondary Business Degree or Business Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree
