The Global Sales Operations & Strategic Initiative team is focused on propelling the success of our sales channels and harnessing the power of our acquisitions to become unbeatable together. Together, here is what we will do 

Your mandate will be to build, own, and execute our best-in-class business strategy across TELUS Business Solutions,TELUS Health and TELUS Agriculture and Consumer Goods (TAC). This will include managing robust controls and coordination strategies across all phases of the process. Simply put, you will champion the efficient and effective delivery of our long-term business operations strategy.

In this role, you will: 

 

  • Support the development of a company-wide sales performance reporting system that provides clear visibility into revenue activity and performance trends
  • Lead the rollout of a new executive reporting process for commercial performance planning across multiple business units
  • Collaborate with internal partners across sales, operations, and data teams to review and improve key sales processes and reporting workflows
  • Build and maintain dashboards, performance trackers, and reports using tools such as Google Sheets, Salesforce, Tableau, SQL, and cloud-based data platforms
  • Deliver clear and compelling reports, summaries, and presentations tailored to senior leaders and business stakeholders
  • Analyze sales metrics to improve forecasting accuracy, track performance against targets, and identify areas of opportunity
  • Contribute both as a technical builder of reporting tools and as a strategic partner in business planning and decision support
  • Thrive in a fast-moving environment where priorities may shift, and where strong judgment and responsiveness are key
  • Present data-driven insights and recommendations to executives to support strategic initiatives

  • You have exceptional sales efficacy with experience in sales enablement and high performance sales coaching environments 
  • You are action and team-oriented contributor that is able to work in a self-directed manner to progress deliverables while engaging the team in vetting the plan, and communicating progress
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience



Great-to-haves 
 

  • Exposure to and detailed experience in Premier Sales Organization (PSO) methodologies
  • Experience working in a matrix structure to deliver end-to-end success
  • Strong research, analytics, and problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation and documentation skills
  • Project management, data visualization and executive reporting skills encouraged
  • Self-starter who takes ownership
Salary Range:  $99,000-$149,000
Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan:  15%

Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance and experience. In addition, TELUS offers rewarding benefits, which may vary per job function, such as:
