Here's how
 
As a Senior Strategy Manager on the Smart Communities and New Growth Market team, you will play an integral leadership role in the planning and execution of key revenue generating programs and strategies. 

  • Support with new channels development, driving top line growth in security and automation for our residential and commercial business segments
  • Enhance our competitive intelligence program and practices as a key piece to inform adjustments to our over-arching strategy
  • Using your product and industry knowledge to generate compelling customer offers along with the business case to support them
  • Support the road-mapping process with the product team by keeping your finger on the customer pulse
  • Enhance our voice of the customer program to drive insights that inform product roadmaps, customer experience changes, and additional opportunities to serve the customer
  • Analyze performance challenges to identify root cause issues affecting results, customer experience, and operational and financial efficiency
  • Prepare and review operational reports and schedules to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Analyze and solve business problems by developing insightful and practical solutions to complex or unstructured challenges/opportunities
  • Drive change as or when required and not be hesitant to “roll up your sleeves” to get the job done
  • Constantly on the lookout for industry and customer trends to find the next best opportunity to serve our customers and their changing needs

  • Creative self-starter with very strong interpersonal, communication, presentation and time-management skills
  • Sought out for your strong communication, analysis, and presentation skills
  • Ability to distill insights, concepts and ideas in a clear and simple manner
  • Demonstrate ownership, initiative, showing a sense of urgency and self-direction
  • Recognized for your business insight, problem solving and future-focused mindset
  • Respected as a collaborative partner who cultivates positive relationships and influences others, including senior leaders
  • Innate ability to influence people at all levels of management and cross-functional departments/teams
  • Able to effectively problem solve, manage multiple deliverables to meet deadlines and goals in fast-paced, ever-changing, and sometimes ambiguous environment

Great-to-haves

  • Commercial Business Development and/or Sales and Marketing expertise
  • Post-secondary Business Degree or Business Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree
  • Experience with IoT/Smart Buildings technology
