As the Senior Project Manager within our team you will collaborate across internal and external stakeholders, to help identify unique opportunities to deliver against business objectives through our contractual rights and benefits, while carefully tracking budgets and results. Skilled at implementing, you understand what is required to take a plan from concept to activation.

This is a unique opportunity offering diverse exposure and experience across the customer success and sales teams in Employer Solutions. As the primary contact to the sales team you will be responsible for managing and executing on our Premier Sales Organization partnership to create a robust and inclusive program that promotes customer support excellence.

Here’s how
- Define program and communication scope, deliverables, project plans and lead programs focusing on change management to successfully implement and sustain change that will drive the results within Customer Success
- Drive focus in key areas impacting our customer and the journey they take with TELUS health, this includes scheduling and coordinating appropriate campaigns, tracking results and driving outcomes
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to craft clear, concise,
- compelling visuals and messages appropriate for the audience both internally and externally
- Work across business units, including the United States, to ensure progress against both
- strategic and tactical initiatives: support process excellence deployment, communication,
- benefits tracking, and governance
- Provide leadership and communication strategies for key Customer Success initiatives
- including strategic vision, programs and leadership discussions such as webcasts,
- national meetings, summits, transformational initiatives, and executive presentations
- Build strong and collaborative relationships to transform strategy into flawless, cross-
- functional execution
- Supporting VP communications both internally and externally, including: Social Media, internal communications, VP hosted meetings, and other duties as assigned
- Self-starter who seeks opportunities to proactively improve our business
- Known for thriving in ambiguity and successfully navigating and leading through areas of gray
