What You Will Do

 

  • Design and implement strategic initiatives that drive significant financial results through optimized product and device introduction, inventory management, and supply chain transformation
  • Develop and analyze comprehensive business cases for new device introduction strategies and supply models that enhance operational efficiency
  • Create and deliver compelling narratives focusing on strategic product and device management and field operations optimization, that inspire executive leadership support and action 
  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships across the TELUS ecosystem, including product, marketing, supply chain operations, and customer solutions delivery
  • Lead innovative national projects that enhance our service delivery excellence through improved device deployment and field technician enablement programs
  • Identify and execute opportunities for operational innovation in device procurement, testing, and distribution processes
  • Develop and track performance frameworks and KPIs to measure the success of device-related initiatives and procurement strategies

Great-to-Haves

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or related field, MBA would be an asset
  • 7+ years of experience in strategy development and execution
  • Demonstrated experience in program management, procurement, and device introduction

 

 

Salary Range:  $102,000-$154,000
Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan:  15%

Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance and experience. In addition, TELUS offers rewarding benefits, which may vary per job function, such as:
