What You Will Do
- Design and implement strategic initiatives that drive significant financial results through optimized product and device introduction, inventory management, and supply chain transformation
- Develop and analyze comprehensive business cases for new device introduction strategies and supply models that enhance operational efficiency
- Create and deliver compelling narratives focusing on strategic product and device management and field operations optimization, that inspire executive leadership support and action
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships across the TELUS ecosystem, including product, marketing, supply chain operations, and customer solutions delivery
- Lead innovative national projects that enhance our service delivery excellence through improved device deployment and field technician enablement programs
- Identify and execute opportunities for operational innovation in device procurement, testing, and distribution processes
- Develop and track performance frameworks and KPIs to measure the success of device-related initiatives and procurement strategies
