What you'll do

 

  • Own the end-to-end strategic roadmap development and execution for multiple product portfolios, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market opportunities
  • Lead new product introduction strategies and product enhancement initiatives that drive competitive advantage and customer value
  • Drive comprehensive field enablement strategies for large-scale product implementations, ensuring seamless adoption across national operations
  • Secure strategic buy-in from executive leadership for product implementation initiatives and organizational transformation programs
  • Spearhead organizational transformation efforts that optimize operational processes and enhance customer experience delivery
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with diverse stakeholders across business units to ensure strategic alignment and successful execution
  • Champion operational excellence initiatives that deliver measurable improvements in efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction

 

Qualifications

  • Advanced strategic and critical thinking capabilities, with proven ability to analyze complex business challenges and develop innovative solutions
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making approach to evaluate market trends, performance metrics, and strategic opportunities
  • Demonstrated ability to drive both strategy development and flawless execution, bridging the gap between vision and results
  • Innovative thinking and creative problem-solving skills, with a track record of introducing breakthrough approaches to complex challenges
  • Proven change management expertise with experience leading organizational transformation initiatives and driving adoption of new processes and technologies

     

Great-to-haves

 

  • 5+ years of experience in strategic program implementation, preferably in product strategy, market development, or operational transformation
  • Advanced degree in Business Administration, Strategy, or related field
  • Program management and project management experience with demonstrated success in large-scale initiative delivery
Salary Range:  $102,000-$154,000
Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan:  15%

Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance and experience. In addition, TELUS offers rewarding benefits, which may vary per job function, such as:
