Let’s be clear: This role is fast paced, intense, and demanding. There are no proven solutions to leverage, a steep learning curve and continuous pressure from executive leadership to drive value for customers. On the other hand, you will be working on a project that has C-suite visibility, an opportunity to redefine the telecommunication industry, and transform the customer experience at TELUS.  


As a Senior Strategy Manager, you will be at the front lines leading the development of an innovative platform that drives unparalleled visibility into the end to end customer experience. The expectation is to go above and beyond your role in working with like minded entrepreneurial driven colleagues in building solutions that enable a holistic view of each customer, elevate our processes and service offerings and lay the foundation for personalization.

Lastly, you definitely have experience in leveraging rigor and structure in solving complex problems.

Additional factors that make you a great member to our team


Preferred qualities:


  • 3-5 years in strategy, innovation or technology consulting with VPs and C-suite executives as your primary stakeholders
  • MBA degree or professional certifications
  • Degree (or equivalent work experience) in business, science, engineering, computer science, or other technology related fields.
