The SS&A team is on a mission to exceed 1 million subscribers and will require a Senior Program Manager to join the Strategy and Planning team to define and lead a dynamic portfolio of strategic initiatives that will support our ambitious goals around growing our business, delivering award-winning customer experience, and expanding our social impact.
You will bring a dynamic skill set to the team that will support planning, analysis, and project management assignments.
What you’ll do
- Plan, manage and execute complex strategic projects and/or programs from ideation to implementation, while driving improvements and efficiencies
- Define program scope, key success measures, integrated project plans, governance structure, and budget requirements that align with business objectives
- Collaborate and communicate effectively and efficiently with cross-functional stakeholders including senior leadership in order to advance program goals, manage and resolve any risks/challenges
- Utilize your data mining and data modeling skills to merge multiple evolving and disparate data sources in order to forecast loading and performance, analyze trends and identify risks in the plan
- Translate performance risks and variances with key stakeholders into actionable plans to get back on track
- Make sound and timely decisions while dealing with ambiguity and complex issues
Qualifications
What you bring
- 5+ years of project management/business analysis knowledge & experience
- Demonstrated problem-solving, strategic, and analytical capabilities with a track record of setting and delivering against key metrics
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a flexible style to lead, motivate and influence with the ability to foster good working relationships at multiple organizational levels
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong delivery and creation of presentations to leaders at all levels within the organization
- Understand the importance of change management principles and leverage strategic communication plans/mediums to achieve buy-in
- Confident in engaging a broad set of stakeholders and collaborating with all levels of the leadership team
Great-to-haves
- University degree in business, economics, engineering, information management or equivalent experience
- Agile, Lean Six Sigma and/or PMP certification
- Consulting experience and/or an MBA would be considered an asset
- Bilingual in English and French
