The Connected Home & Entertainment (CHE) team is central to bringing world class products and services to market, responsible for ensuring our business transforms to meet the evolving needs of the communities we serve. Directly supporting the CHE leadership team, you’ll leverage your entrepreneurial mindset and start-up mentality to build on the foundation already established and help us expand it further and execute our strategic priorities across the organization.

As a strategic and innovative thinker that isn’t afraid to work in ambiguous circumstances, you’ll help us to continue growing the reach and capabilities of Connected Home & Entertainment (CHE) nationally. You’ll evaluate new business opportunities and work closely with leaders from across Connected Home & Entertainment to bring forward new ideas to help us delve into new areas we may not currently be involved in. You’ll focus on developing our strategy and lead the execution of key elements of it.

 

Here’s how

 

  • Develop and design, a multi-year plan and roadmap to continue to grow the scale and scope of our suite of consumer products and services:
  • Identify opportunities, research and provide insight and data to support your approach
  • Assess strategic options for new potential solutions for customers, including recommending the best path forward
  • Partner with senior leaders to develop the short-term and long-term strategic plans for CHE:
  • Lead discussions and planning review sessions with the senior leadership team including supporting the scorecard and risk review
  • Bring together the annual strategy check reviews that are presented to the executive leadership team, the CEO and Board
  • Lead Home Solutions financial performance analysis and forecasting, including the annual budget
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews on key programs to celebrate the successes and to identify areas of opportunity and improvement CHE 2022

  • Known for your work in complex business environments, you bring people together to consider market opportunities, evaluate risks and focus on delivering results
  • With an exceptional ability to communicate a strategic vision and roadmap, known for your ability to share a vision and gain support
  • Noted for your work in M&A activity, including financial and market model development, identifying opportunities and risks and communicating these details to gain internal buy-in
  • A recognized and experienced leader, energized by leading a team, sharing knowledge and expertise, and supporting, recognizing and celebrating success
  • A persuasive and influential trusted-advisor, who listens, learns, is curious, sees nuances, applies facts and data, and can articulate a compelling story in a clear and simple manner
  • Relentlessly focused on our customers, anticipating their needs, thinking about how to create value for them through our products and services

 

Great-to-haves

 

  • 2+ years with a management consulting firm
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA)
  • Relevant experience focused on telecommunications, media, software, tech
