Job Description

 

Are you a strategic web expert with a passion for optimizing digital experiences and driving conversion? We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Web Manager to lead our web strategy, transform user journeys into rich insights, and build a robust experimentation roadmap to maximize our conversion funnels. You will be instrumental in launching high-converting landing pages for critical paid and event campaigns.

 

Reporting to the Manager of Digital Marketing, you will oversee our diverse consumer health web properties from end-to-end – encompassing strategy, development, quality assurance, reporting, and continuous optimization. We're looking for a self-starter with a keen marketing and creative eye, coupled with the technical prowess to build and refine our digital presence.

 

You thrive in fast-paced, agile environments, excelling at translating compelling customer journeys into tangible conversions. You embody the perfect balance of strategic vision and hands-on execution, eager to work directly within web platforms to craft and optimize sophisticated campaigns. You will serve as a vital bridge between our developer partners, product teams, and growth marketing, ensuring our digital footprint not only looks exceptional but performs even better.

What you’ll do

 

  • Own and Optimize: Drive the ongoing development, management, and optimization of our consumer health websites and digital customer journeys
  • Collaborate & Create: Partner seamlessly with marketing teams to develop exceptional content and customer experiences that delight visitors and significantly boost conversion rates
  • Brand Evolution: Lead the maintenance, updating, and strategic evolution of site pages, including critical contributions to re-branding initiatives
  • Insight & Action: Play a pivotal role in weekly measurement of digital KPIs, identifying key patterns and insights, and translating them into actionable recommendations.
  • Digital Experience Leadership: Collaborate with the Manager, Digital Marketing and product marketing managers to shape the evolution of our overall digital customer experience, including informational pages driving app downloads and our MyPet Store e-commerce platform

 

 

Qualifications

You are likely in a similar senior marketing position today, with many of the following talents and experience items:

  • Experience: 5+ years of comprehensive experience in web solutions, spanning user experience, product ownership, analytics, marketing, and project management
  • Analytical Acumen: Strong analytics and reporting skills, with mandatory familiarity with GA4 (formerly GA2) and Contentful
  • Technical Proficiency: Expert-level command of Contentful, Figma, GA4, and BigCommerce, complemented by some practical experience with HTML/CSS and CSS-in-JS
  • Impactful Reporting: Deep understanding of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) principles and best practices. Proven track record of transforming KPIs into clear insights and actionable plans for diverse stakeholder audiences
  • UX Excellence: Strong understanding and application of best-in-class user experience practices
  • Tool Agnostic: Experience working effectively with various CMS, analytics, and marketing automation tools
  • Autonomy & Drive: Demonstrated ability to deliver results in environments that require a high degree of autonomy and initiative
  • Project Management: Exceptionally strong analytical and project management capabilities
  • Executive Communication: Proven ability to simplify complex issues and develop highly effective executive communications

 

Great to have:

 

  • Bilingualism in French would be considered an asset but is not a requirement 

 

 

Salary Range:  $90,000-$134,000
Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan:  15%

Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance and experience.
