The TELUS Consumer Health team focuses on empowering Canadians to take control of their health and wellness, and that of their loved ones, with the right information, tools and support they need to live healthier and happier lives. 
To support the rapid growth of Consumer Health solutions, the Consumer Health Complementary Channel team partners with all areas of TELUS to find new and innovative ways to build value between Consumer Health users and TELUS.  As Senior Market Manager, you will lead the Value Creation portfolio for TELUS Health, driving synergistic benefits and value for TELUS and TELUS Health.  Pillars of Value Creation include driving awareness/conversion of virtual care, cross-sell 1:1, and creating enhanced value for TELUS Health and TELUS customers - together.

You will prime the overall TELUS Value Creation program, working collaboratively across the organization to deliver against objectives.  Pillars that make up the Value Creation program include accelerating use of TELUS Health MyCare with TELUS households, delivering curated offers to our MyCare users, and building incremental value for our TELUS Health base with TELUS.  In doing so, you will work collaboratively across the Consumer organizations to identify new and innovative ways to integrate Consumer Health and TELUS value propositions, offers and programs.

What you’ll do


  • Provide end to end strategic program management of the Value Creation portfolio, including TELUS Health adoption with TELUS households, cross-sell and retention programming.
  • Responsible and accountable for the marketing strategy and program initiatives including the development of the KPIs, measurement and storytelling of its success.
  • Lead partnership with cross-functional marketing, product and channel teams to deliver programming, and ensure effectiveness from an end-to-end value chain. 
  • Reach TELUS Health user base with curated 1:1 offers from TELUS 
  • Build on existing and nascent products and features (TELUS Health & TELUS) to deliver ‘better together’ programs to our joint customers
  • Monitor performance against targets and act quickly on results and trends to continuously refine the program strategy and tactical plan based on new information, learnings from tests/pilots and progress to targets
  • Identify new and innovative ways to reach our customers and improve conversion through rapid tests of new concepts
  • Leverage command of market knowledge to build, secure alignment, and execute on the integrated marketing strategy (including channel marketing and 1:1)
  • Present  regular updates on program performance, status and progress to the leadership team on our ambitious targets and goals



What you bring 


  • Recognized strategic senior marketing manager, with an ability to successfully organize large and complex programs
  • Noted for your previous success and finesse in leading cross-functional programs to achieve program goals and targets • 
  • An exceptional story teller, you use data to support your recommendations,  and are able to create, articulate and present project and program plans, sharing the larger vision as well as tactical details
  • Experience developing, implementing and monitoring marketing campaigns from and end-to-end perspective with expert-level thought leadership across all the four Ps of marketing
  • Ability to “think outside the box” and identify innovative ways to achieve targets despite complexity and constraints
  • Known for your ability to connect with people, and are respected for your interpersonal, communication and relationship-building skills.  You bring people together, listen to all voices and solve problems together as they arise




  • Undergraduate degree in Business Administration or Engineering
  • MBA, an asset 
  • 5-7 year of project management experience 
  • Experience in healthcare or telecommunications industry
