As a program manager, you will be at the front lines making sure the team is on track to developing an innovative platform that drives unparalleled visibility into the end to end customer experience. The expectation is to go above and beyond your role in working with like minded entrepreneurial driven colleagues in building solutions that enable a holistic view of each customer, elevate our processes and service offerings and lay the foundation for personalization. 
 

Must have requirements:

 

  • 10+ years of work experience managing projects (IT, telecom, and product development)
  • Capable of understanding business needs and transforming them into business requirements (i.e. technical documentation, preparing test plans, facilitating UAT, and end to end product lifecycle management)
  • Proficient at program management tools (i.e. JIRA, Monday.com, ASANA, etc.) 
  • Leading the development and delivery of status reports (i.e. Gantts, deliverables, milestones, roadblocks, mitigation strategies, and budget variance tracking) for the executive leadership team

 

Preferred qualities: 

 

  • Relevant professional designations
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills (end stakeholders are VPs and C-suite board members)
  • Able to prioritize backlog of activities through a structured framework to optimize resource allocation
