A Keystone Role for Team Performance
TELUS Consumer Health is launching new services and taking our existing products to that next level of planning maturity.  The team is looking for an organized strategic thinker to coordinate, tune and communicate our strategy.  Your key understanding of our strategy, programs and operating environment will guide team planning efforts so our bottom-up tactics help us achieve our overall objectives. Working closely with the Managing Director of Product and Operations, you will coordinate planning activities, key meetings and materials.  Your executive-level storytelling skills will help shape how our plans are communicated and your collaboration with the leadership team and key operations and program primes will ensure we stay coordinated within and without.

The Role & How You’ll Stand Out
The new team member will collaborate closely with leadership, so your ability to connect together a cohesive story, build slides and communicate is necessary
The situation is sometimes complex and ambiguous, so we will depend upon you to make assumptions, use data to guide decision making and think critically
The team will need to be aligned to the plan in order to execute, so you need to be able to facilitate workshops, get input on recommendations and help stakeholders digest changes
Success will be determined by our ability to select priorities and get the most important things done, so you will need to be able to track project benefits, get status updates and apply discounting

 

The role considers input from multiple disciplines, so you need experience and/or understanding of scorecard, budgets, projects, operations and product
Our existing products will require innovation to be optimized and new product opportunities will need development so you will need to provide thought leadership and coordinate the development of long range strategies
