At TELUS, we believe that growing older shouldn't mean giving up the home you love. We are seeking a Senior Product Manager, Aging in Place & Seniors Care, to reimagine Canadian homes, leveraging technology to preserve independence, improve safety and maintain human dignity.

In this role, you aren’t just managing a product line; you are the architect of a unified, scalable ecosystem. You will harmonize our powerful but siloed Medical Alert (PERS), SmartHome Automation, and Virtual Care platforms into a single, proactive safety net.

Your mission: Ensure TELUS is the most trusted name for Canadian caregivers seeking peace of mind and the millions of seniors determined to age on their own terms.

What you will do:

  • Innovate & Integrate: Move beyond reactive buttons to proactive AI-driven environments, develop aging in place solutions to integrate directly into the SmartHome+ roadmap
  • Validate & Scale: Rigorously test market willingness-to-pay and iterate on value propositions that resonate with the "Sandwich Generation" (adult children caring for both kids and parents)
  • Drive Strategic Growth: Direct the "Consumer Health" mandate by creating high-margin, differentiated services that drive profitable growth, deepen household penetration, and turn customers into lifelong advocates

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain product roadmap by translating strategy into clear priorities, initiatives, and outcomes
  • Continuously evaluate product-market fit and competitive positioning
  • Proactive stakeholder management
  • Establish internal and living pilots to test willingness to pay and de-risk investment
  • Lead the identification and integration of next-generation hardware and software solutions, including wearable pendants, ambient sensors within the TELUS SmartHome+ ecosystem
  • Develop and maintain a roadmap that aligns Senior’s Care and SmartHome+ with customer acquisition and revenue targets
  • Identify and resolve ambiguity, risks, and delivery blockers
  • Drive momentum and accountability across internal and third-party delivery teams

Qualifications

You are the missing piece of the puzzle

You are likely in a similar product role in seniors care or healthcare, with many of the following abilities and experience points:

  • 7+ years experience in product management specifically within HealthTech, or Digital Health
  • Experience managing complex products with multiple stakeholders and users, including cross-functional collaboration with engineering and design
  • Deep understanding of how to create accessible products for seniors
  • You are known for technical comprehension and your ability to work closely with both hardware and digital engineering teams
  • You are comfortable discussing APIs, AI/ML models for predictive health and IoT device interoperability (e.g., Matter/Thread)
  • You are a strategic thinker and bring a demonstrated ability to execute decisively

Great to haves

We are especially motivated to connect with individuals with one or more of the following:

  • Proven track record with TELUS systems and ecosystems
  • Business level communications (written and spoken) in French and English
