We have a new leadership team, and new organizational structure to better serve our customer groups. We’re building the capabilities to bring our strategic ambitions to life.

Here’s the impact you’ll make and what we’ll accomplish together

The Strategy and Enablement team is responsible for working collaboratively with each Business Unit (BU) to drive our corporate strategy, business planning, business unit strategy, and large-scale strategic initiatives. We are also responsible for supporting key governance, reporting, compliance and strategic programs.

This position combines driving business unit (BU) strategies and delivering transformative organizational initiatives. You’ll combine strong analytical skills with business acumen to deliver actionable insights and solutions that drive measurable impact. As a Strategy Manager, you will be a critical cross-functional change agent, working closely with executives from around the organization.

Here’s how

We’re looking to have a dynamic Strategy Manager to join the Strategy and Enablement team. As a Strategy Manager, you will collaborate with stakeholders around the organization to drive and support a variety of programs and deliverables. Here’s a sample of the exciting things you will be doing:

  • Executive Deliverables: Supporting the creation and execution of deliverables through the strategic planning cycle including internal and external executive documents and talk notes
  • Program Management: Collaborating across the business on transformational projects supporting the strategic ambitions of the business
  • Operational Excellence and Value Creation: Supporting key programs across B2B that create and share best practices throughout the organization
  • Collaborative Leadership: Manage cross-functional projects with a focus on stakeholder engagement, effective communication and timely execution. Balance day-to-day responsibilities with forward-looking initiatives while anticipating future needs and driving performance improvement
  • Continuous Learning and Adaptability: Becoming a subject matter expert and trusted partner across the business. Maintaining a growth-oriented mindset, seeking professional development opportunities and applying innovative solutions to strategic challenges

By combining analytical rigour, strategic foresight and a growth-oriented mindset, you’ll help steer the organization toward its next phase of innovation and success.
