The Strategy and Innovation team within Customer Solutions Delivery East, is a fast-paced and high performing team that is a key enabler of CSD’s go-to-market strategy and strategic program execution. We bring cross- functional teams together to implement and support programs across our Field organization and make purposeful decisions on how best to execute across our National Consumer Delivery team.

Here's what you'll do:

 

  • Improve the customer and team member experience by supporting change management and readiness activities across our National CSD team
  • Develop and present strategic updates to cross-functional teams and leadership teams
  • Manage stakeholder relationships by fostering key internal and external partnerships to ensure alignment and collaboration
  • Lead and facilitate projects that span multiple business units that include project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure successful execution
  • Create and implement comprehensive change management and operational communication strategies that resonate across all organizational levels
  • Provide insights and recommendations that shape company-wide decisions
  • Transform complex data into actionable insights to guide strategic initiatives
  • Identify and drive innovative solutions to enhance organizational performance

 

 

*Advanced knowledge of English is required because you will most of the time interact in English with external parties (clients, suppliers, candidates, external partners, etc.); interact in English with internal parties (colleagues, internal partners, stakeholders, etc.); and work with IT tools whose interface is only accessible in English as part of this position's main responsibilities given its national scope.

Qualifications


What you bring

 

  • 3-5 years of experience in telecommunications or related industry
  • A post-secondary diploma/certification or an undergraduate degree in communications/business or equivalent
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, including creating and delivering large scale organizational communications and presentations
  • Strong project management, time management and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks and meet aggressive deadlines
  • Proven ability to build relationships, influence others and foster ownership within cross-functional teams
  • Ability to integrate insights into communication strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Self-starter, proactive, takes initiative and ownership of issues/tasks to resolution
  • Recognized for being highly collaborative and a strong communicator

 

Great to have:

 

  • Previous project/program management experience
  • Previous experience with creating change management plans and communications
  • Proficiency with relevant tools and technologies (eg. project management software, data analysis tools, Canva, Adobe Campaign)

 

Salary Range:  $78,000-$116,000
Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan:  12%

Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance and experience. In addition, TELUS offers rewarding benefits, which may vary per job function, such as:
