What you’ll do:

 

As the Team Lead, SmartHome Economics, GTM and Operations, you will oversee our exceptional portfolio of products to uncover financial and operational efficiencies and mature our business to scalability as we expand into our Next Generation of SmartHome services.

 

You will champion a team of product professionals to design, develop and implement new value props and offers for a differentiated home automation product for TELUS in the marketplace. You’ll be working with our talented TELUS team and strategic partners to deliver world-leading product experiences and align priority for features and roadmap to propel us forward in a scalable and profitable way while delivering on customer experience outcomes. Qualifications

 

What you bring:

 

  • With a background in product management and experience in high-growth portfolios, you’re known for exploring new areas and developing new ways of doing business
  • Recognized for your focus on people, bringing teams together to achieve exceptional results and solve business problems, and lifting teams up to their full potential
  • Noted for your ability to use data to support decisions making and identify opportunities and insights
  • A passion and interest in technology - particularly SmartHome products and features
  • A knack for building relationships and bringing teams together, to focus on program development and delivery An exceptional storyteller, with a keen eye to for crafting clear, concise and compelling messages, sharing a vision and bringing groups along the journey

 

Great-to-haves

 

  • Product Owner certification (or related agile development methodology experience)
  • Service Design experience, lean process improvement experience
  • Knowledge of Smarthome Competitive environments
