We’re looking for a Technical Product Owner to join our high-performance and customer-centric Wi-Fi mobile application team. In this role, you will have a chance to lead our hardware self-install experience. In addition, all of our team members contribute to our overall Agile Process management to continually improve how we work together and deliver as a team!

In this role, you will set the direction for our End-to-End Customer Journey for customers to self-install and manage their products and services. Working closely with partners across the organization, you’ll chart the path, deliver impact for customers, and launch new products.

- Effectively connect the dots between technology, architecture, business, and customer experience.
- Inspire your team with the customer goals, product vision and bring the products to life from concept to delivery.
- Collaborate with hardware development teams who are building digital products to enable mobile application features
- Follow technical trends in the industry and maintain your product expertise.
- Use customer insights and data to help inform decision making, and put together business cases to support decisions and identify opportunities
- Lead your scrum peers by example in using agile practices and values by actively participating, driving discussions, and empowering team members to make decisions

You’re the missing piece of the puzzle
- Noted for your expertise as a Product Owner in a digital team or company, including hands-on experience managing all stages of the product life cycle
- Recognized for your work in any combination of product management, service design or development, or engineering
- With a strong foundation in and knowledge of Agile process and principles
- Known for your ability to work in a highly-collaborative, cross-functional setting, with an ability to co-create, execute, and foster trusted relationships with other teams to deliver customer value
Great-to-haves
- Experience with agile frameworks & coaching
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology (computer science, data sciences, or equivalent experience)
- Previous technical experience or software development experience
- Working directly with the Product Engineering team including outsourcing partners
- Basic understanding of cloud and local APIs, interface agreements, etc.
