Location: Montréal – 600 De Maisonneuve West
Status: Full-time temporary (maternity leave replacement – 1 year)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, daytime only (between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m.)

Your role
You will be part of a team specialized in occupational health and collaborate closely with physicians and the clinical team in order to provide patients with a professional, humane, and reassuring experience.
The role combines varied clinical and administrative activities in a structured and collaborative environment, including:
- Welcoming and accompanying patients with professionalism and empathy;
- Performing various medical tests (audiograms, ECGs, vision tests, drug screening, etc.);
- Blood draws and other required sample collections;
- Administering and monitoring vaccinations according to current protocols;
- Certain medical follow-ups with patients;
- Quality control and follow-up of medical records;
- Analysis of files according to the standards in force within the client company;
- Occasional interventions within companies;
- Close collaboration with the medical and administrative team;
- Support for the executive clinic as needed;
- Preparation and maintenance of examination rooms
Qualifications
Desired profile
- DEC or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
- Member in good standing of the OIIQ
- Minimum of 2 years of experience
- Bilingualism
- Valid driver’s license and access to a car
- Good clinical judgment and team spirit
- Experience in occupational medicine: an asset
An intermediate knowledge of English is required, as you will occasionally be called upon to interact in English with external parties (e.g., clients, suppliers, or external partners); interact in English with internal parties (e.g., colleagues or stakeholders); and work in an English-language computer environment as part of the duties related to this position, whose scope is provincial.
