We're seeking a Project Manager II to join our Project Management Office (PMO), focusing on Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems and related healthcare solutions. This role supports both new and existing client implementations, ensuring successful delivery of our comprehensive healthcare technology portfolio. Here's the impact you'll make
As part of our team, you'll manage nationwide deployment of TELUS Health solutions including CHR, Medacces, PS Suite, Medesync.
You'll manage a diverse portfolio of concurrent projects, taking full accountability for end-to-end project delivery success. Working with a fully supported cross-functional team, you'll lead the client's implementation and onboarding journey.

Be the "quarterback" and "cheerleader"

Drive project planning, decisions, risk management and deliverable fulfillment by exploiting your project management expertise

Lead a cross-functional team on a daily basis to prioritize work and deliver on project deliverables in line with client expectations

Be the trusted client advisor and point of contact through the lifecycle of the project

Qualifications
What you bring

Degree in business, health sciences, or related field (or equivalent experience)

3+ years leading complex implementation projects and teams through ambiguity and change

5+ years in customer-facing roles

Excellent written and verbal communication with all stakeholder levels

Develop comprehensive project plans and lead regular stakeholder reviews to manage risks, issues, and decisions

Identify and quickly mitigate project risks through problem-solving and innovation

You are highly organized and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment

You are proficient with leading project teams in an organized fashion, coaching and motivating your team as needed and resourceful in effectively confronting and resolving project roadblocks

Manage multiple concurrent projects with strong prioritization and time management

Negotiate confidently with stakeholders on key project decisions

Identify process improvements that enhance quality and efficiency

Comfortable working virtually and traveling as needed

Bilingual (English/French)

Working knowledge of Salesforce, Inspire, JIRA and Confluence

Knowledge of clinical office workflows

Experience with EMRs (PS Suite, MedAccess or Medisyc) and/or working knowledge of The Collaborative Health Record

Proficiency with MS Office and G-suite

Experience working in a clinical or healthcare setting

PMP/CAPM Certified
Advanced knowledge of English is required because you will most of the time interact in English with external parties (clients, suppliers, candidates, external partners, etc.); interact in English with internal parties (colleagues, internal partners, stakeholders, etc.); and work with IT tools whose interface is only accessible in English as part of this position's main responsibilities given its national scope.
